CURRENCY:
Registration fees are due in EURO. For currency conversion, please use the following currency converters: The Universal Currency Converter at XE.com, Yahoo Currency Converter.
REGISTRATION FEE COVERAGE:
The registration fee for workshop participants covers: (a) admission to the symposium, (b) conference materials, (c) certificate of participation, (e) coffee breaks.
THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT COVER TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION:
Arrangements for travel and accommodation are the exclusive responsibility of the workshop participants: All participants have to arrange and fund their own travel to and from Bruneck/Brunico. Accommodation costs are not included.
METHOD OF PAYMENT AND DUE DATES:
To guarantee participation, payment must be made in full via credit card only. No discounts are offered.
REFUND POLICY:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (address of the workshop secretariat:
http://bz-tourism.eu/cbts2008/pages/contact.php).
No phone cancellations will be honored. A full refund, minus a service charge of EUR 100.- (one hundred EURO) will be made from any request postmarked by November 15, 2008. No refunds will be given after November 15, 2008. All refunds will be issued after the symposium. Substitution of registrants is allowed.
COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE:
All communication related to the sympsoium must be addressed to the symposium secretariat.
Information regarding the Data Protection Act (Legislative decree 196/2003, article 13):
The Free University of Bozen/Bolzano needs your data for your registration for the symposium "The Consumer Behavior in Tourism Symposium 2008 (CBTS 2008)".Data will be dealt with by university staff even using electronic means in correspondence with the Legislative decree 196/2003. The Free University of Bozen/Bolzano is the legal owner of the data provided. Following articles 7-10 of Decree 196/2003, you are entitled to make use of your rights to access your personal details, to extrapolate and have information on them by sending an application to the Managing Director's office of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
