A project encompassing innovation and tradition based on inviting international designers to create a new biscuit that will have an innovative taste and appearance without losing the old tradition of the Christmas biscuit made in the region.
An exhibition in the main University building accompanied by a catalogue/recipe book will present the biscuits of the future to visitors.
