PhD Students: Early Registration Period (€ 80,00) September 27th - October 20th  

AUTHOR: Regular Registration Period (€ 150,00) October 21st – November 15th
PhD Students: Regular Registration Period (€ 135,00) October 21st – November 15th
 
NON AUTHOR: Early Registration Period (€ 150,00) October 21st – November 15th
NON AUTHOR: Regular Registration Period (€ 200,00) November 15th – November 25th  

All abstracts will be subject to a double blind peer review process. Preliminarily accepted abstracts with no single author registered in time will be removed from the program and from the book of abstracts without notice. Discounted fees will be available for PhD students
