The techniques used during your work will span over a wide range of laboratory molecular biology techniques: bacterial growth, gene cloning and protein overexpression in Escherichia coli, protein purification and crystallisation. The work will be carried out in the laboratory of bioorganic chemistry and bio-crystallography of the Faculty of Science and Technology.
