Dear Colleague,

On behalf of the ESNA Committee and Local organizing committee it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the XLIII Annual Meeting of our Society to be held in Bolzano, Italy.

The venue of the ESNA conference is the Campus of the Free University of Bolzano. The Free University of Bozen/Bolzano was founded in 1997 as a multilingual, internationally oriented institution. The Free University of Bozen/Bolzano promotes the free exchange of ideas and scientific knowledge, linking itself to the European humanities tradition and laying the foundations for its society by promoting respect for democratic principles at 5 faculties. UniBz has been the first University in Europe to offer the courses in three languages, Italian, German and English.

As already became a tradition, the Conference will have three sessions, this year focusing on “Feeding the world: the importance of a sustainable Agriculture and innovative methods” where invited lecturers and ESNA participants will present orally their work.
