Introduction
The thematic area of interdisciplinarity is dedicated to the idea of a broad contextualization concerning design topics and the relevant working processes. Speakers with different professional backgrounds (art, curatorship, architecture) will illustrate examples for the potential and the perspectives of cooperations and links that may appear unusual at first sight but contain promising approaches when the challenges designers have to face become complex and non-linear.
