Quale religione per l'Europa? Nuovo libro della Prof.ssa Baroncelli e del Prof. Fracanzani
Che la religione sia fenomeno ritenuto contemporaneamente di aggregazione ed ostacolo all’integrazione europea è osservazione talmente ripetuta da risultare banale. Muovendo da profili di esperienza pratica quotidiana (dalla richiesta di preghiera islamica sui marciapiedi, alla macellazione rituale, al divieto di trasfusioni sanguigne – anche in caso di rischio vita – per motivi religiosi), il 52° convegno internazionale dell’Istituto distingue l’approccio superficiale di convenienza del fenomeno epidermico, per affrontare in modo radicalmente problematico il tema della religione in rapporto all’Europa, indagando i due termini all’essenza, anticipando richiami che sarebbero divenuti drammaticamente d’urgenza nel corso di quest’anno. RESEARCH AT THE SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT
The Faculty of Economics and Management is one of the best in research in Italy. In the recent research quality evaluation (VQR 2004-2010) performed by the National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research (ANVUR), the School came 5th out of 73 in Economics and Management, 3rd out of 71 in Law and 2nd out of 59 in Political Science.
The wide variety of
research areas
covered by the faculty members makes multidisciplinary research one of the Faculty’s strong points. From the mathematicians and specialists of financial markets to the specialists of law, political science and philosophy, all are involved in the study of society from different points of view, with research methods that go from the development of mathematical and statistical tools of analysis to the analysis of global and local issues.
