The fee includes: access to all conference sessions, conference participation certificate, conference bag and book of abstracts, welcome reception dinner on the evening of December 3rd, South Tyrolean dinner on December 4th, coffee breaks throughout the conference and social events (Ski pass, visit of traditional Christmas market and a glass of hot mulled wine).

CURRENCY: Registration fees are due in
EURO. For currency conversion, please use the following currency converters: The Universal Currency Converter at XE.com, Yahoo Currency Converter.
THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT COVER TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION: Arrangements for travel and accommodation are the exclusive responsibility of CBTS participants: All participants have to arrange and fund their own travel to and from the conference site. Accommodation costs are not included.
METHOD OF PAYMENT AND DUE DATES: To guarantee participation, payment must be made in full via credit card only. No discounts are offered. No registration onsite is allowed.
REFUND POLICY:
No refunds will be given, however substitutes are
welcome. Notification of change of participant must be made to
elisamaria.ferrari@unibz.it not later than November 21st.
