Christian Kathriner (*1974) is a visual artist living in Mettmenstetten near Zurich; between 1992–1997 he studied painting at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf; in 2004 he had a scholarship from the Istituto Svizzero di Roma in Venice, while in 2005 he held a scholarship from the Istituto Svizzero di Roma.
