Renato Troncon

Renato Troncon (*, Prof.) is Associate Professor of Aesthetics and Coordinator of the Centre for Aesthetics in Practice at the University of Trento. Currently Renato Troncon is visiting Professor at the Centre for Tourism and Cultural Change of the University of Leeds. His researching/ teaching is devoted both to philosophy (aesthetics, aesthetics in practice, culture ecologies, phenomenology, philosophical anthropology, German philosophy from the 1700s to the 1900s, etc.) and to design research and practice (service and community design, human centered design, cultures and methodologies of planning, political regionalism and culture of regionalism, etc.). He is presenter of more than 50 lectures at scientific congresses, scientific coordinator and organizer of more than 30 scientific national and international meetings as well as member of various scientific academies and networks for anthropological philosophy, design, cultural policies.
