Emanuela De Cecco (*1965; Prof.) is an art critic and, since 2007, Professor for Contemporary Art History and Image Science at the Faculty for Design and Art of the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano; Master’s in Literature at Genoa (subject: history of art criticism); she worked between 1990-98 at Flash art, from 1996 as editor-in-chief; between 2001-05 she was responsible for the training programme of the Sandretto Foundation, Turin; between 2001-06 she taught at the image science department of the University of Ferrara, where in 2004 she was a research fellow in the special field of historiology.
